The Langham, Chicago's modern fitness studio and adjoining group class studio span 2,260 ft² and outfitted with state-of-the-art strength, endurance and cardio equipment from Life Fitness Signature and Elevation Series. Day lockers are conveniently located outside both studios.

The centerpiece of the wellness oasis is a 67-foot swimming pool with its shimmering spotlights reflecting off the water from above and below. A heated hydrotherapy Jacuzzi complements the welcoming, contemporary space where guests can relieve tension with a gentle water massage. Pool showers and changing rooms are conveniently located behind the Jacuzzi.
